step 1

Choose the tuxedo style and accessories for the groom and his attendants.
We recommend an appointment as early as six months before the wedding
and no later than three months. With five paid rentals, the sixth is free!


step 2

Accurate measurements are critical. Each member of the party should
be measured at The Bridal Collection, a Jim's Formal Wear retailer
or a qualified tailor. The Bridal Collection must receive all measurements and
deposits at least one month before your event date.

All details concerning your party will be confirmed 1-2 weeks prior to pickup.
After this confirmation, no changes can be accomodated.



step 4

The pick up date and final fitting is usually 48 hours before the wedding day.
All members of the party need to try on their ensembles. Please note that rental tuxedos are in somewhat generalized sizing to accommodate a variety of shapes and will not be a custom tailored fit.
Minor alterations may be necessary and will be determined at the final fitting.
All balances are due 48 hours before the wedding date.

All tuxedos must be returned on the first business day following the wedding.
Late fees will be charged after this date.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

* Measurements are critical. Reservations cannot be made without complete, professional measurements.

* There may be a fee for alterations and a delay in receiving your attire due to inaccurate measurements taken elsewhere.

* The non-refundable $25 deposit will be applied toward the cost of the rental.

* The Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) protects you from charges resulting from accidental minor damage, not from loss or theft.

* A credit card, with accurate name, address, expiration date and security code is required for all rentals. The balance of the rental will be charged 48 hours before pickup unless other arrangements are made.

* All rented items must be returned before close of day on the first business day after the wedding. Late fees of $25 per day will be charged beginning the morning of the second day after the wedding.
